I'm not sure Paypal is a way to verify validity either.  One is allowed up
to 8 email addresses.  Wouldn't be hard to put a few alternate personalities
in there.  Be that as it may, I do have an account:

I don't think I have any other stronger local loop set up that would help to
relax your concern.  I do think that particular concern as a gateway to
participation should be addressed 'next time'.  When did you verify your
identity?

Thanks for helping with the activity stiring stick.  I'm really appreciative
of seeing the list open up for a moment and let new voices in.
