How in practice will you let an Icannatlarge guided by ethics construct a
better internet?

Your question requests for an elaborated answer... at first, I know very
well for construct an icannatlargue guided by ethics we will need a big
effort, and more than else, compromise. I canīt say my proposals are guide
to make all the world works into an ethical way (cause all of us knows
ethics as a personal way of life... is difficult make an universal ethics").

We have to dictate principles of behaviors into the community, thatīs all,
... of course always getting the importance to tolerance, honestity and
respect for the other opinions.

Now... about How do ethical people deal with unethical people... maybe
thatīs is a question not for me, ... is a question for all the humanity...
and into the community, ... we always have to be observing the real
interests of the people who have make decissions in his hands.

Can you please elaborate? Do you mean membership polls?

Nope and yes... when in a community exists a lot of phrases, ideas and
goals, .. then exist different (mean personal) interpretations of the ideals
of the community, ... in that way, I propose we can elaborate a common
interpretation of: who are we?... what we want? ... where we go? .... how
we are going to do...? ...

When we get this "common interpretation" (maybe as a vision and a mission of
the atlarge community) ... then we can make real steps looking for the
community goals.

The membership polls... yes, ... is a part on the process elaboration of the
"common interpretation"

give an example of such a general goal?

oh! ... I have to offer an apologize... the common and general goals are the
same... please forgive me.

The "b-sides" .... I mean to the ugly sides of the atlargecommunity, ...
like all those people only looking for problems and failures, only with the
intention of breaking important process (like this of the nomination and
votation)

This kind of b-sides only contribute to stop the evolving of the atlarge
community.

Yes, ... it depends to the contexts, the effects, the kind of industry....
