Yes I am very familiar with UNAM. I believe that Alejandro
hails from there and INEGroup has several members associated
with UNAM as well. So I will later this evening follow up with
some of them as time allows to get a better picture and open
a file for you in my database.

The more the better of course. However I shall put my staff on reviewing
this information ASAP, as well as doing a brief review myself

However I must say that none of the URL's you provided answers
the central concern regarding ethics and this sham of an election
to which you are a willing participant thus far.
