I understand.

There is already a voting of the will of the members, if doesn't want
himself to use that consultation, it should be voted again (I think)

That point doesn't subtract importance to that it puts to voting once
and for all the number of panelists that we want all the members. To
delay this or to continue overturning water in the pail is to walk in
the clouds, it is necessary to define the point.

Mauro,

You are a newbie, so your ignorance of past events in this
organization is
excusable.  Vittorio Bertola arbitrarily set the Panel number at 11,
the
membership had no say in that decision, which is why it was and
remains a
contentious issue.
