Re: [atlarge-discuss] Membership fees

Gilbert and all fellow members,

INEGroup has many members in the Philippines. We use
the mean average income of the perspective member to
determine what that member pays as his/her fee. Our
minimum however is $2.00 US per year. In the Philippines
as well as in other countries, we [INEGroup] collect those
membership fees locally. As this organization is not
able to do that, some minimum membership that is
greater than $2.00US may be necessary for the time
being. There are ways in which this can be handled
of course to minimize potential members from being
financially disadvantaged. Pay Pal of course is not
one of the vehicles to effect such methods or means.

If ask directly, I can provide some ways in which effective
low amount membership fees can be collected from
countries that have a low mean average income.
