Still, regardless of reasons, it appears to be breach of contract
with regard to any registrants who find themselves unable to access
their domains. Any lawyers around here? Is there a case for a class
action lawsuit by all Philippine-based GoDaddy registrants or hosting
customers? Would it have to be filed in U.S. courts, or could they
be sued in Philippine courts (which would probably be more
sympathetic to the plaintiffs)?
