I think you mean, "When someone posts to this list, her email address
is KNOWN, and any one may respond on-list or privately."
BTW, most reasonably intelegent folks have more than one
E-Mail address. Some use a business E-Mail address seperately
from a non-business E-Mail address.

Never has happened to INEGRoup members yet. Berhaps it
shall some day, but hasn't happened yet.
