I support this, but I would like to add that such a digest *of* the general 
list *for* the Panel members that do not have the time to read everything 
and may be discouraged to participate because they are overwhelmed, would 
also be extremely useful.

If there are volunteers who would like to do this (I recall Giampaolo 
Bonora did it for a while) and post the digest on the web in the Forum , I 
would be very grateful.
