As you know I have no access to that list, so can not provide this,
however we do have access to the current panellist, and I think we can
put this through a quick vote, if you so deem necessary, on the panel
otherwise I can just set it up.

Also: the previous panel maillist archives are now available at
archive.icannatlarge.org and if that does not (yet) resolve:
212.46.67.207 will do the same job.

What a nice programm that wget is :))
