Hello Everyone:

It is still mind boggling that we have elected:
*	people that have not tried to verify themselves
*	people that have never posted to this organization until a week or two 
before the election
*	people that never posted any answers to various campaign questionnaires
*	people that have NEVER posted
*	people that have not an up to date email address
*	people that constantly question the verification process

Shakespeare was right.  Something is rotten in Denmark.

Jefsey,

The listmembers know that I have been strongly critical of the method of 
nomination (nominations to a private address) that you have employed.
We now have elected Panel members that were not publicly nominated and 
seconded.

Yet I do not want to go back to square one and hold the election result 
invalid.
For the sake of moving on, I am willing to accept it.

What I cannot accept is the 12 months' mandate that you have foisted on us 
without any authority.
I will not only keep my own commitment to step down after 3 months, but I 
will also motion for  all other elected members to voluntarily submit 
themselves to re-election at this time.

I do thank you for the work that you have put into this election.

I have proposed to you that we meet next month in person on July 11,  (12 
a.m near the Gare Montparnasse ) when I will be in Paris with my family, 
suggesting that this was also an opportunity to meet with the mass-seconder 
"Claude Thielet" and perhaps other French at large members.
Please clarify why you met this proposal with such a strong negative 
response ("F**U").
