Ron and all,

  Well as a good englishman, in america after we gave the
english two good sound thrashings there was shortage
of good "Tables" so we just ate off the floor like the indians.  >:)
And yes, we had mustard with that, as the indians were kind
and advanced enough to introduce us colonials to mustard.  >:)

 Which makes one wonder a bit.  Who was the "Heathen"
the indians or the english???
