This has been explained many times. The reporting tool was a private
program you cuold read the code/ It does not make decision but a
provisional count. Vote 310 has been counted for everyone (hence Joop
having 100) because it entered "~' as a vote I first accepted as apossible
misrepresentation of "X" due to some keyboard mapping. What it cannot be
the "Y" and "N" of the ballot being of normal shape.

I am sad to read this. It only means that you have not understood yet that
YOU are the watchogs. That YOU have all the data. That you have all the
details.
This would have permitted Danny not to make me waste 5 minutes seriously
checking his allegation. Distributed real data (atlarge.wtc) and worked out
data in Excel format (atlarger.xls) shwing that vote 083 is from the same
voter as vote 082 and does not count.
