Danny, 

I checked and found :

111 blank votes were submitted

1 vid was also 1 time in the counted vote (filled in ballot)

24 vid's were responsible for 76 blank ballots and none submitted a
valid ballot

I leave that to your own conclusion, though I like the pattern in the
times they voted :)

So now we have 1 error, 24 obstructions which leaves:

34 blank ballots

Now the numbers are more reasonable I think

Thanks for the explanation.  Any thoughts on why there were so many 
consecutive blank ballots?  I can't imagine that it can reasonably be
explained by 
bounces because the message IDs indicate that they came in on a number
of 
different days.  Statistically, this would seem to be highly improbable.
