I object to the condition of sending anyone a PayPal payment, regardless
of amount and refund.  I also understand that as of June 8th at midnight
those who fail to respond will be considered removed from the
Panel-Elect and replaced from the next most voted list.  Joanna is also
quite correct in her suggestions as to the signature.

I am assuming that the grace period expiration date will be conformed to

one week from the date of the actual transmittal of the FINAL letter. Is

that so?

Otherwise I find the letter and Joanna's amendment(s) and suggestions
very 
much in order.
