"I am willing" means YES.
I feel that election has at least removed some of the cloud hanging over the nomination procedure, some, but not all.


2. I do not see any formal response about Panel Membership.
    Please are you to be reported that you accept [Y] or do not
    accept [N] to join the Panel. I do not think that Bush would
    have been accepted as a President if only said that he was
    willing to accept the Miami recount and that he could not
    retire before 3 months?

The answer is Yes, for 3 months.

Correct. I do not agree that it will bring stability when the members are denied to intervene for 12 months and I have said so in my election statement.

I note that I nominated you and Claude Thielet seconded you.
As for Sotiris. And that you certainly know that all the candidates
were publicly nominated since you nominated the largest number
of leading candidates.
Please show me the Archive URL where Daniel Chirita or Sebastian Klein have been nominated in public *before* appearing "seconded" and thus assured candidates.
If I see it I will apologize and this issue will be closed.
