I appreciate the work that the 9 volunteers, including Joanna and Jeftttt 
who may come with a separate report, have done to help with the 
verification process.

As there is currently no explanation for the absence of Sebastian Klein , 
except that he is off line altogether, and the first panel vote closes on 
june 14, I will propose to the panelists that he will be replaced by the 
next candidate in line after failing two more votes.

If and when a verified SK  would return on-line with a reasonable 
explanation, I would propose to allow him to return on the Panel.

By 14 June we know if David Goldstein and Andre Rebentisch participate in 
the first vote.

How about me? I do not like to create a precedent by using paypal, but have 
I been sufficiently verified myself via the web?
