All,

I understand that some members may have taken issue with my onlist manner
(s).  I will not deny that I have been rather restive in some instances, 
but certainly not without good cause.  HOWEVER, henceforth, I will make 
every effort to tone down my language and to present my justifiably strong 
sentiments in a more inoffensive manner.  Which does not mean that I am 
backing away from any of my previously stated positions.
