  If I don't exist as you wrongly and knowingly wrongly contend
Sotiris than how prey tell could I, that again you say doesn't exist
pay for such as you suggest?

  In any event, when sending a certified letter return receipt requested
it is the senders responsibility to ay the "Initial" postage, even in
Canada.
Hence if  you wish to send even COD you would still have to pay
the initial postage.  Than upon receipt I would have to pay the
receiving postage here in Frisco and sign for that COD mailed
item.  But none of this is necessary.

  I have already sent you my pgp keys on 6 different occasions that
verifies whom I am.  I have also sent  you an this forum 6 times
my Account bill from Earthlink that bares my name as reasonable
for this Account that I use for some E-Mail.  I have also been
a voting member of the ICANN @large also documented, the
DNSO GA as a voting member and candidate for Chair.
