If Jeff Williams sends me an email on how he would prefer to pay for the 
letter, I will send him one, BUT, Jeff's payment must clear first, 
before I send him anything.

Jeff, feel free to explore payment options, but until I get some money 
from you, I am not sending anything and you will not verified.  The ball 
is totally on your side of the court.  Let us see if you will put your 
money where your mouth is.
