Thank you Jeff H., for this excellent history review and hopefully
lesson yet again for Sotiris, whom as is, or should be obvious
by now again to many times know not much of which he often
times speaks of.  And also yet again shows Sotiris's unwillingness
to. actually do any research of factual value.  Other
