All fellow members,

  Verification should be done if necessary only by licensed or
well qualified members of a yet to be formed legitimately
Verification staff or by an independent professional
company that specializes in such services.

  Lord Sotiris's self claimed "provisional membership committee"
is a sham as I see it.  He couldn't verify his own mother..
