Jefsey and all fellow members,

  Your full of beans again here Jefsey.  The former panel was
illigitimate.  The former panel list was NEVER approved
by the members, as were not many other areas that
panel attempted to delve into outside it's mandate.
Hence any Motion that any member wishes to
put forward now is just as valid as any panel member
might put forward.
