You live in San Diego Eric, so no bandwidth problems there.
So this sort of spin is more nonsense, and par for the course
I suppose.
Very few countries now have a bandwidth problem unless
they are just Lazy. In which case, no excuse. And yes
this includes Vietnam and all parts of the far east.
