Dear PMC,
Dear @Large,

The verification of the identity of the elect panelists should have a limit,
it is not practical and on the contrary it is very harmful, to continue
discussing and discussing, and discussing on the topic when the points on
which we should analyze the situation are few and clear.

- We have already mentioned all the verification methods that have been
happened.
- We have already identified people on which there are doubts.
- We already know to the opinion of all the elect panelists (at least of the
present bodies).
- We already know the opinion of all the members of the PMC.
- And we already know the opinion of several other members that have
manifested their point of view.

Now we should decide if we put to voting in the PMC each point and we accept
the results or we consult to the mass of sovereign members on each point
(voting) to determine which the conclusion is on the integration of the
Panel.

In virtue that the PMC was not chosen by the members in open voting, I
believe that it corresponds to the mass of members to decide on each point.
It is much more complicated but it is the correct thing.

It is obligation of the PMC, to offer the members a summary from the
evidences to favor and against each discussion point and that the members
decide freely.

Many will allege that among the members there are also ghosts, it is
certain, but if we take we don't take action, we can conclude that these
elections neither were legitimate for that don't know how many ghosts there
are among the members. In the personal thing I believe that it is necessary
to continue ahead and I prefer a ghost among the members that a ghost in the
Panel.

There will already be time of creating a more effective affiliation
mechanism to verify the identity of the new members, now we should act.
