Actually he seems to have subscribed all the members to two new lists,
with open posting rights.  atlarge-info and atlarge-members.  This is
outrageous and most ISPs would toss someone for this sort of behaviour
- especially as it is so deliberate - one can not accidentally
subscribe people to a mailing list you have accidentally created.
