For once, I believe that Sotiris' motion does not go far enough.

As a result of Jefsey's actions and the continuing operation of a second 
mailing list from which it appears equally impossible to unsubscribe, I am 
now being buried under private  emails like this:

"I no longer wish to be associated with your organization, and I don't see 
any way to remove my information from your records. Please let me know what 
the process is.
-- Bob Simpson"

And these are the friendly ones.

Jefsey's unilateral actions amount to sabotage.
