Fellow Panelists,

Whereas Jefsey Morfin has initiated an unsanctioned ML at the domain www.atlarge.ws and has subscribed the entire membership list to it without sanction,
Whereas this unsolicited email activity by Mr. Morfin has angered a lot of people and caused many members to openly express their disapproval and hostility towards his unilateral abuse of the membership email list,
Whereas Mr. Morfin has thereby betrayed the trust of this organization by mishandling the mailing list in such a whimsical and unprofessional fashion,

I hereby motion that Mr. Morfin be removed from the at-large discuss for a period of no less than 4 (four) weeks.
