Sotiris and all fellow members,

 Although this motion has merit, there are three problems I see
with it.  1.) there is NO legitimate panel and the Jefsey-election
is and remains illegitimate.  2.) any such motion must be voted
upon by the members and any motions should first vetted
on THIS forum.  3.) I am very much against banning anyone
from the membership unless they have actually been
convicted of a crime.  There are much better ways to
deal with situations such as this one...

  Hence said "Motion" seems to be of little or no real or useful
value
