I was not privy to ANY information other than the same information you 
and the rest of the members were/are privy to.  Let me make it clear: 
The panel was never consulted by Jefsey.  The panel did not know what 
Jefsey planned to do with the list.  The panel never discussed the 
matter, and still has not discussed the matter, aside from a few 
expostulations of surprise and grief over what Jefsey went and did. 
Repeat:  The panel knew NOTHING about this, and we certainly DID NOT 
condone an such unilateral activity by Jefsey.  He did it completely on 
his own without telling anyone what he was doing.
