Folks -

Jefsey sends an email that seems to say the Panel condoned what he did
with the DotWS - I ask the Panel to repudiate.

Jefsey sends two emails today which to me seem to state what he did with
DotWS was not a plunder and was known by the Panel. I ask for
verification, partly quoting Jefsey.

What do I then get:

 - Abel Wisman saying: "At some time I regarded you an intelligent
species, please do no dissapoint me in that and explain where the current
panel's endorsement was explained, where the panel's foreknowledge was
explained what the outcome is, since I do not know that yet."

 - Sotiris Sotiropoulos saying: "Walter, you complain and seek to lay
blame, but you did not add your name to my petition to cast the demon out
from among us."

I do not know what happen, I am not complaining, and I certainly am not
laying blame.

I am trying to understand what happen, and I am asking those who make
public statements for clarification when I find what was said, unclear.

This, as I always have done...

Abel - I inferred what I did from the two earlier posts of Jefsey.

Sotiris - I still do not know what happened, only what was done. As a
Panel member you had privy to information that allowed you to make up your
mind. Me, I'm still trying to understand...
