Just a remark: I did not implied the Panel known how I would do it. I said that Panelists as everyone known that I will not give up. I said it succeeded because I was able to find what I described in my previsious mail. I say now that I resign as a Member because this is what I said I will do and because I want to stay independent from users organizations to better support them in a neutral way - and I will partly use http://atlarge.ws for that. I eventually say that I will try to provide as soon as I can:

1. the existing and an updated list to all the Panelists or to the Polling Committee because this is the way I received it.

2. the login and password of the site to the Panel or to the webmaster. http://icannatlarge.org is this community site, not http://icannatlarge.com

3. a GPL program which would permit to score everyone inputs the same way as manipulators and this way to protect us against manipulations. I am sure that once this GPL has started many will refine it.

I say that I perfectly understand that some Panelists could oppose that.

If I understand you correctly:
 - "This" was done deliberately
 - With the Panel's foreknowledge
 - In order to "catch" the perpetrators
 - Who were manipulating our vote

   and

 - it succeeded.

That being the case, my request for the Panel to repudiate their support
for what you did was unnecessary.
