If I understand you correctly:
- "This" was done deliberately
- With the Panel's foreknowledge
- In order to "catch" the perpetrators
- Who were manipulating our vote
and
- it succeeded.
That being the case, my request for the Panel to repudiate their support
for what you did was unnecessary.
The panel did not have any foreknowledge of Mr. Morfin's activities vis
a vis the membership email list. The panel certainly did not approve or
auhorize said activities.
