  Delivery of the membership list to the Jefsey-election
falsely elected panel is sort of like jumping from
the frying pan into the Fire.  Bad idea!  Try again.

  In any event Jefsey can always retain a copy of the membership
list and do with it what he will.  So can Eric.  Jefsey already
has.
