I sent two days ago the membership list and site passwords  to _every_ 
members of the Panel as Joop Teernstra did last year and as I received them 
myself. I have reported this to the other Members of the Polling Committee. 
This list contains 1070 e-mails. It is the one I received from Vittorio 
through Judyth I had inserted into and re extracted from my own base. I 
also detailed the results of the action I carried to  check on brainspamming.

I have received to date no acknowledgment from any of them.
I have reported my sending to the Polling Committee and been acknowledged.
This mail terminates my obligations to this community.

I thank all those who helped me in this difficult, tiring and costly effort 
of mine. I hope you will be able to make a good use of it with a well 
elected and supported panel including new blood and after what I hope to be 
a serious warning to those who could try to destabilize it. I know that 
this year has many traps for it. I only wish it may permitted to respect 
the directions clearly indicated by the Members.
