This was the text of the email Jeffsey send to the panel yesterday and
which he refers to below:

I know that not everyone of the Panel condones my yesterday action. But
now 
it has been carried I suspect that all of you may be interested in the
results.

- the lists have been open in two short periods but mail has hysteresis
- 75 e-mail addresses shown up in the records (including direct mail and

mail demon)
- out of which 30 matched the possible brainspammer robot based
criteria.
- 16 of them had voted.
- 6 supported _11_ candidates each. Others voted for 1 to 8 candidates.
- In the action no private address was exposed by me. Some people
decided 
to mail to the list and to disclose. The whole load on Members was 75
mails.

Results abd anlysis lead me to think there are 6 manipulators and 10
being 
manipulated in that group through Europe and East cost (due to the time
in 
the day the lists were open West and Pacific did not really show up).
For 
other reasons I would think there are at least 7 manipulators being 2 or
3 
persons, and 15 true persons being manipulated in the list. Out of these
10 
identified, 3 are really active on this list so we may consider this 
represents a real influence. Not the only one, but it is certainly the 
most  organized. Obviously these people do not want exposure, this is
why 
the Panel is nearly safe.

Since no names are given this information is about as useless as
anything about nothing.

The mere fact that some people are on this list to prevent success was
long since established, I needed no additional "facts" (not facts to me
since I have not seen the data upon which this was based nor the
criteria) for such a conclusion, I attempt to work around it.

That's is the main reason I keep saying: let's get this show on the road
instead of losing ourselves in mindless jibberish about non-issues, who
cares if JW = JH or != JH and whether he is real, has multiple
personalities or consists of a group of people working 24/7 to simply
disrupt and monitor maillists all over the net. In the end there are far
more "good" persons on this list than bad ones, so we should, if we
ignore the disruptions, be able to create that what we set out to
create.
