With respect to the implementaton of a voting mechanism.  I ran into 
Elizabeth Porteneuve today, and I asked her if it would be possible to 
have icannatlarge.org use her voting software for future votes.  She 
said I can ask her again in one month's time as the DNSO is currently in 
a dissolution phase and she is tied up in the details.  I was encouraged 
by her response, and i hope other members of the panel will consider 
requesting her cooperation in any future votes, if necessary (i.e. to 
avoid the opaque and question-ridden system(s) a la Jefsey).
