I encourage you to pursue this voting option.  We have used it before,
without incurring the penalty of post-election controversy.

If there would be costs involved, that could be budgeted for by the Board
once we are incorporated.  To support voting prior to that, the Panel might
consider "passing the hat" among the members.  I would look favorably on a
reasonably presented, all-member solicitation by the Panel.
