  You previously said form:

"Though I generally dislike moderated lists, I think that the time
has come for this group." I responded: " I am surprised you used the the
term "Generally" in your comment below. For a jurist,
committing the logical fallacy of "Glittering Generalities" is unusual."
Therefore indicating the specific use of your term "Generally" in
the actual context you used it. And as such you committed
a well known logical fallacy...
I was NOT disagreeing with what you felt, but the method
in which you expressed it, James. >;) And hence my surprise.

As to keeping up with the volume. That is a function of
how well one uses ones limited time and ability to read and
comprehend quickly. Not necessarily a product or volume.

My understanding is well supported in many court proceedings as
you should know. So repeating it is perhaps more necessary than
even I am adequately aware of given this response of yours above.

Opinion vary of course. Yours is perhaps shared by some
and certainly not shared by our INEGroup members nor would
I guess shared by any activists, playwrights, authors, or
politicians. However you are of course entitled to your
opinion as am I. You are NOT entitled to impose your
opinion upon anyone. Neither am I. Yet it would seem
that my arguments in support of banning Censorship
are more broadly held than yours... Perhaps that
is the more relevant deciding factor.

ICANN's specific use of Selective Censorship has lead to
it's slow decline in excpetence and as Nancy J Victory
clearly reminded the ICANN staff and BoD, more open,
inclusive and transparent participation was required
before renewal of the ICANN contracts in sept. of this year
would be forth coming.

None of the posts I provided regarding practices and/or events
regarding Canada, California, or France were off topic at all.
Please post ONE that you believe was, James T. All were
directly or indirectly related to internet activities that may or do
effect users/stakeholders of which this Fledgling organization
is supposed to be about! Where in the HELL do you get off
making such a ludicrous claim! Watch it buster!!! I may
have to challenge you to prove up your ludicrous statement
here in court! You GOT that!?? You may be a lawyer,
but you aren't above or beyond my reach or ability to
take you on on this statement...

As I have stated and said many times before, I once lived
in California, I liked it when I did live there. I have very close
friends in California. I also have relatives in France, I spent
my honeymoon in the south of France, and own property
in France presently. Ergo I do NOT have a negative
attitude against France or most Frenchmen. I also
love Canada for many reasons. I travel there when
ever I can as I like the outdoors allot there. I have
have many friends in western and central Canada.
So again ergo, it would hardly make sense for
me to have a bad or negative attitude towards
Canadians. And I don't feel as though I do.

We have bad Texans just and California has
bad native Californians, France has bad Frenchmen,
and Canada has bad Canadians.

So how many times I guess I can only ask you James,
and any other member here, how many times must I repeat
this before it sinks into your thick skulls into whatever
gray matter may reside within? 500, 1000, 10000 times?
Or are folks like yourself, Joop, Sotiris, Hugh, Micheal,
and perhaps Abel just too slow on the uptake???
