I have to admit that the current Panel has already been more
active than any previous panel. Jan, please correct me if
I'm wrong (I have a hangover), but I assume you are
referring to the Jefsey spamming when you speak of the
'non-permission' situation? If that's the case, then I
have to say that from where I sit, there's not a whole lot
that can be done at this point. We can only hope that Jefsey
will not do anything so foolhardy again...

But, to be truthful, my participation in the panel
discussions at this point has been very intermittent as I am
entirely involved in being present at all the meetings here
in Montreal. I hope to devote some time to carefully (as
opposed to cursorily) reading the backlog of emails in
my inbox.
