The draft you are showing here has already been amended again, be it not
much, and is being discussed at the moment.
The number of members for the time being (3) is given by negotiation on
the panel list between 1 almighty webmaster and a 5 member panel.

It is however clear to the panelmembers that 1 person has to hold the
end responsibility for the end product, this being the "webmaster".

It is my personal opinion that all those examples you give should in the
future be part of the site, but getting it updated frequently would be a
good start.
What I mean by that is that it has to grow and prove itself before it
can become what we all hope.
Starting with a 25 person overhead looks good but does not guarantee
results, which however is exactly what we want to achieve; result.

Certain functions you mention are covered by other committees and it is
my opinion that those committees are themselvers responsible for
frequent updates, with support from the webcomm and the webmaster.

At some point the entire organization will need a budget, but that is at
this moment again very premature. Let's start with making this a real
organization before we start worrying about the fundation for our
headquarters on the Virgin Islands.

As for now I have offered a dedicated server with no limits (we are
streaming the broadcast through another of my servers for the past days
and tomorrow) to the icannatlarge.org, this was one of the reasons that
I was able to quickly revive the website today and the change of the
dns, I changed the namedfile and now the site is hosted on that
dedicated server and thanks to another panelmember Daniel Chirita
mirrored in the USA.

This leads to the fact that no means are needed for hosting as long as I
am in business, that is my promise.
