[atlarge-discuss] Webmaster "team"

In accordance with motion 2003-11 untill now 3 volunteers have come
forth for participation as such.

Since there is no choice, these members by acclamation are now our
webmaster team that among themselves will decide who will be webmaster.
Since there are 2 panelmembers involved, they will decide among
themselves who will be the panel liaison.

These members are:

Hugh Blair
Daniel Chirita
Kristen Doyle

Once they announce their decision they will be handed access passwords
for the server and start updating the website.
