The cost in the EU would certainly be very low, if a member locally can
assist.

I agree that the protection of the members and the panellist is of great
importance, certainly with the triggerhappy people around this world and
I do not feel that the US incorporation would definetly grant that
protection to either.
I fail to see why consideration should be given for what the US gov
looks favourable at, it might be of great advantage to incorporate in
the EU and not be a direct Americanized organization that ICANN so
favours, it might even hand us the support of far larger bodies then
ICANN. Recognition by the EEC and or GAC would be very nice and make it
even harder for ICANN to ignore our efforts.
