Jeff H., and all fellow members,

  It seems that you are specifically being "Black Listed" for
reason or reasons unknown.  There may just be a problem
with the Email server for this forum that is temporary
also...  It seems that this organizations technical expertise
is yet again being neglected or less than optimal...
