Jefsey and all fellow members,

  Even good "Associations" have bylaws at a minimum.  Those
few that do not, are realer taken seriously by most honest
people...  Some in the US recently that did not have bylaws
were shut down and their so called self appointed officers
jailed or are facing prosecution on a number of federal
charges.  Ergo, as a suggestion your remark below is
ill advised for this fledgling organization.

BTW Jefsey, what ever happened to your "pledge" of
two years ago of Incorporating this fledgling organization
in France???
