Michael and all fellow members,
It seems obvious that Michael is yet again very confused. We
all know that there are no legitimate panel members and any
panel member that may be elected via a legitimate election
would not be a Representative of the members in a membership
driven organization.
It is also clear that in the case of a Representative being
replaced, should there have been such Representatives
actually elected, would only reasonably replaced via a vote
of the members in a "Special" legitimate election..
