I'm not sure i understand: do you want multilangual website or/and forum ?

We have a lot of technical solutions, but a multilangual forum, i dont see
the interest of that, because forum's content cannot be translated :) even
if
we add little flags with links to a web translator, it's not a really good
idea,
because translators dont work fine ...

For website pages, dont forget we use php: it's very easy to add
language-dependent
content, the big problem is always the translation :)
