The word would be "separate", and that would be your opinion not fact.
As Dan Tobias notes, there are several methods of allowing users to view
web pages in their own language, while in fact there may be separate
html source for each, that fact should remain transparent to the web
visitor and appear automatically at best and by a simple translate
button otherwise.
