  I think you are suggesting in setting up on the main web site
separate link areas for each country or language base.  Do
I have that correct?  If so, yes this is yet another was in which
the desired ends can be met or adequately satisfied.  And this
approach or method would be simpler to effect...  But do we
have a web team that can in a centralized manner actually
handle such an approach adequately?
