Eric, Joey and all fellow members,

  Joey's remarks do display a positive an hopeful attitude.  Unfortunately
that is not enough for any chair of any technically based committee
to possess in order for a reasonable chance of success in determining
what, who, and especially how a proper verification method is to be
determined or otherwise employed within the constraints of varying
governments, government regulations and policies...

  So to be a bit more clear/blunt, this sounds nice, but doesn't
get the job done...
