[atlarge-discuss] Translated content ----- RE: [atlarge-discuss] Forum Usage at dot-org

Eric and @all,

I believe that the solution of small flags to choose the language is a
simple solution, although it will demand work to the development team.

These flags can make, basically two things, to show the translated content
or to invoke an on-line translator. I find this last option mistaken for
that the translators are not perfect and in many cases they are awful.

It is important to respect the language to translate, it is a way of respect
to the members that speak that language. Of course it is impossible to
translate to all the languages, but a good beginning is to translate at the
5 more spoken languages or 3.

An agile and practical methodology, perhaps be that the "team web", use
software to translate a content and send the original content and the
automatic translation to a member (or several) that speak that language.
This way they save him time to this members (or several) and it will only
verify if the grammar is correct. How will those members be chosen?, is that
a topic to solve.
....................

greetings,
Mauro.-
